Our Mission
We serve those adults who cannot stay home alone, including those with Alzheimer's disease and other related forms of dementia, and we provide continuing support for caregivers.
Serving the elderly and caregivers by networking with and supporting community-based services in providing information, assistance and referrals.

PADS van assists caregivers with door to door service.
Respite Care
Caregivers need time away from the responsibility and duty of caregiving. Porterville Adult Day Services provides a safe, welcoming environment for the care recipients, making it possible for the caregiver to receive the respite they need.
Emergency respite is available.

All participants receive an indivualized care plan: Which helps to restore or rehabilitate one to his or her highest level of function; maintain one's present level of function as long as possible; and provides socializations and meaningful activities.

The Eldercare Resource Center provides a personal Resource Clerk and an extensive library of educational materials, brochures, and information from over 50 organizations serving Tulare County. We also provide updated videos, articles and access to the Internet, which can connect to other community based services, and local, state and federal organizations.
